Navigating Transitions in the AI Era – A human-centered workshop on clarity, courage, and what comes next

An in-person workshop for leaders, HR professionals, coaches, and professionals facing significant change.

We are living through one of the most intense waves of change in recent history. AI is accelerating transformation across industries, organizations, and roles. But while technology evolves rapidly, the real challenge remains deeply human: how we navigate transition.

This interactive workshop is designed for leaders, HR professionals, and coaches who want to better understand and support the human side of change. Grounded in the Bridges Transition Model, the session explores what happens beneath the surface when individuals and organizations move from what was, through uncertainty, into what’s next.

Together, we will explore:
• How to recognize a transition in yourself and in your organization, including its phases and the thoughts and emotions associated with each stage
• How to increase awareness of the transition you are currently going through and identify where you are in the process
• What actions are most appropriate and effective depending on the phase of transition you or your organization are in
• How to better support individuals and teams navigating significant change
