Rudolf Nyari is a professional coach and explorer of human potential, passionate about performance, education, and the courage to turn dreams into reality. He began in academia, but his desire to create and discover led him into entrepreneurship, where he built his own projects and companies—putting into practice everything he teaches: leadership, learning, and continuous growth. Rudolf continues his mission through a PhD focused on the impact of artificial intelligence on coaching, exploring how technology and humans can grow together. He is a co-organizer of the Transilvania International Book Festival, an event that brings together culture, inspiration, and youthful energy. Through his project "Read and Ride," Rudolf has shown that there are no limits—cycling with determination all the way to the North Pole and the South Pole, to demonstrate that reading, courage, and movement can change the world. He strongly believes that true performance starts from within—and that every young person carries an immense inner strength, capable of transforming dreams into reality, step by step, page by page, pedal by pedal. Andreea Nate is a Leadership Coach (PCC – ICF), Group Coach, and People & Culture Consultant with over 12 years of experience in HR and leadership development across local and international organizations. She believes in people-centered leadership and conscious growth. Through group coaching, she creates a structured space for learning and collective reflection, where participants not only develop their individual skills but also learn from one another. As an ICF volunteer, she actively supports the advancement of professional coaching, contributing to the development of a strong, ethical, and impactful coaching community.
