Your First Step Into Coaching

Most people have heard of coaching. Few have actually experienced it. This webinar is your invitation to change that.

In 90 minutes, we explore what coaching really is — not through slides or theory, but through a live exercise that puts you at the centre. You’ll be guided through a simple but powerful process that connects you to your own qualities, resources and the obstacles that have been quietly holding you back. No prior experience needed. No preparation required. Just show up as you are.

By the end of this session you will:
• Get a real, hands-on experience of what coaching looks and feels like from the inside.
• Walk away with one insight about who you are at your best and what’s been quietly standing in your way.

Cristian Giuglea — Coach and Facilitator based in Brașov, Romania. I work with people who are doing everything right on paper — and feel something is quietly off. I've spent 20 years across 4 continents in Human Resources, most of them in Talent / Learning & Development — in manufacturing, engineering, tech and services — through well established corporates, startups, and leadership transformations. That experience shaped how I coach: I know the corporate world from the inside, not from the outside looking in. Coaching found me as much as I found it. The certification didn't just teach me a process — it showed me who I was. For me, coaching is a structured conversation that lives in your universe, not mine — where questions and fresh perspectives do the work that advice never could. I'm ICF certified coach and EMCC practitioner. My work follows one continuous journey: Return · Rise · Redefine. Raluca Andreea Popa, PhD, a Performance Coach dedicated to supporting people in their evolution — so performance, growth, and success are built with clarity, meaning, and sustainability. I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and top athletes who operate in high-pressure environments and want to perform at their best without burnout, over-control, or constant internal strain. My work focuses on sustainable performance, decision-making under pressure, and long-term effectiveness. I bring together two worlds that rarely meet with precision: rigorous education and high-performance coaching. I hold a PhD in Economics and over 18 years of experience across education, research, consulting, and leadership development. This analytical foundation allows me to approach performance coaching with structure, depth, and clarity — while remaining deeply human and practical.
