Shape your mindset, set clear goals, and take your first step
In today’s fast-paced world, clarity, intention, and consistency are essential ingredients for personal and professional growth. This interactive workshop guides participants through a reflective process using a powerful coaching tool that offers a holistic overview of current life satisfaction across key areas such as career, relationships, health, personal growth, and more.
Through guided exploration, participants will identify one area they feel called to improve. From there, we’ll transition into goal setting and intention selection, with an emphasis on alignment rather than pressure. This isn’t about setting big, overwhelming goals—it’s about choosing a meaningful objective that feels authentic and achievable.
Once that intention is set, we’ll bridge reflection with action using the creation of small habits technique. Participants will design a micro-habit: a small, consistent action that aligns with their chosen objective and supports real, lasting change. Through this process, they’ll learn how to leverage habit stacking, identity-based habits, and environmental design to make the new behavior easier to implement and sustain over time.
This workshop is ideal for individuals who feel scattered or stuck, or those simply looking to create a more intentional direction in life or work. It combines introspection with practical tools and leaves space for curiosity, experimentation, and personal growth.
Whether participants are seeking to take the first step toward a bigger vision or simply want to feel more empowered in their daily choices, this experience will offer clarity, motivation, and a simple but effective path forward.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
Understand and apply the Wheel of Life as a self-reflection and clarity tool.
Identify a current life area that feels misaligned or in need of attention.
Formulate a personal, realistic objective that feels motivating and purposeful.
Learn and apply the key principles of designing a micro-habit that supports their chosen goal.
Understand how to implement habit stacking and identity-based habit formation.
Leave the session with a clear, personalized action plan that’s both manageable and rooted in long-term growth.
Format & Delivery:
This workshop is experiential and includes short moments of individual reflection, guided coaching prompts, and group discussions (if applicable). It balances inner exploration with practical frameworks and tools participants can begin using immediately.
ICF Competencies:
1. Embodies a Coaching Mindset (Competency 2)
Participants will be invited to cultivate self-awareness and curiosity throughout the workshop. The approach encourages reflection, openness to discovery, and responsibility for personal growth—hallmarks of a coaching mindset.
2. Establishes and Maintains Agreements (Competency 3)
During the workshop, each participant will define a personal objective they wish to work on, establishing their own internal agreement on what matters most. The process models how clarity of agreements supports effective coaching and goal alignment.
3. Cultivates Trust and Safety (Competency 4)
The workshop environment is intentionally designed to be non-judgmental and safe for personal exploration. Through guided self-reflection and optional sharing, participants experience the impact of psychological safety in personal development.
4. Maintains Presence (Competency 5)
Participants are guided to stay fully present during the reflective exercises, especially while using the Wheel of Life and during the habit design process. This encourages mindfulness and presence—key elements of the coaching relationship.
5. Listens Actively (Competency 6)
There will be structured opportunities for participants to listen deeply to themselves and to others in optional sharing moments. They will learn to pay attention to meaning, patterns, and emotions in their own reflections.
6. Evokes Awareness (Competency 7)
This is a core pillar of the workshop. The Wheel of Life exercise is a tool for creating awareness about one’s current life balance, and the habit design process helps translate that awareness into clear, actionable insights. Participants will be encouraged to explore limiting beliefs, values, and possibilities.
7. Facilitates Client Growth (Competency 8)
By the end of the workshop, participants will have a chosen area of focus, a micro-habit to implement, and a strategy for sustaining change. The format supports self-initiated growth and equips them with practical tools for continued progress beyond the session.
