We will propose a decision-making framework to provoke insights into potential conflicts of interest in complex, unexpected circumstances. We will facilitate the use of the framework in a specific case study.

· Learning objective 1: The participants will learn what a conflict of interest is, to focus their listening on noticing potential conflicts of interest for further investigation.
· Learning objective 2: The participants will apply powerful questioning to gather relevant information and to provoke the clients’ critical thinking as a basis for potentially difficult decisions and courageous action.

Competency 1 Ethics, nr 3. Professional Conduct and Conflicts of Interest, 3.1,3.2,3.3 respectively. This will be reflected through a case study.

Competency 7: Evokes Awareness Facilitates client insight and learning by using tools and techniques such as powerful questioning. This will be reflected through a proposed investigative framework.

Educated as a Medical Doctor and in Change Management, Iulia has a deep understanding and hands-on coaching-Leadership and business development experience in the global Health and Tech corporate environment. Coming from a highly regulated profession, in medicine, Iulia believes in the professionalization of coaching as a scientific, data-driven, human-to-human intervention. Iulia resides in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, in the dynamic socio-economic environment of the Eastern European Union.
