By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

- Observe and analyze a live coaching demonstration with an executive-level scenario, highlighting key moments of awareness, transformation, and decision-making.
- Identify coaching strategies that foster leadership presence, systemic thinking, and sustainable growth.
- Reflect on how to maintain coaching presence, in complex, high stakes coaching situations.
