Lia Bălan is a Leadership & Team Efficiency Adviser, with over 15 years of experience in IT Management, including 7 years in senior leadership roles, and currently, Lia is supporting leaders and organizations make their businesses and teams more efficient. She is also an Professional Coach (ICF-PCC) and International Coaching & Leadership Educator with a vast background in IT and Team Leadership, both as a Leader and as a Professional Coach.
Cristina Băcilă is a leadership advisor and an HR expert with over 20 years of experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles. With a strong background in training, and professional development, she excels in integrating HR strategies into business objectives. Currently, Cristina works as an independent expert, supporting leadership teams in developing their capabilities. She is a Professional Coach (ICF-PCC, EMCC-EIA Senior Practitioner & ITCA Practitioner), Lecturer and Managing Partner at a prestigious Institute.
