Andreea Nate, PCC – With over a decade of HR experience in global corporations, I’ve developed deep expertise in Recruitment, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partnering. My passion for coaching emerged organically and led to my PCC accreditation from the ICF. Through my volunteer role with ICF Romania, I actively contribute to advancing and growing the field of professional coaching. I focus on leadership and career transitions, working with individuals from over 20 countries, in both English and Romanian. A passionate globetrotter, I thrive in multicultural environments.

Claudiu Gura, PCC – I am a person driven by curiosity, balanced leadership, and a strong sense of optimism. I’m in the IT and Technology field since 2000, serving across many industries, like Educational, Telecom, Public Sector, Defense, and Banking. As an Enterprise Architect, I blend innovation and strategy to align IT capabilities with corporate growth in the Digital Era. Since 2020, I’ve experienced the great benefits of ICF-standard professional coaching.
