She has been facilitating the Erickson programs The Art & Science of Coaching and High-Performance Team Coaching in many countries across different continents. She is an ICF Mentor and supports coaches all over the world on their professional path.
As president of ICF Austria (2019 – 2021), she was able to contribute to quality assurance in the coaching profession and to raise awareness in the market for what professional coaching is.
Miglena genuinely believes that positive change is inevitable when we are aware of what is most important to us in our personal and professional life. Her purpose is to co-create development and growth opportunities and to support people in achieving their desired goals and evolving to their fullest potential while aligning with their own core values. As coach she is working with leaders, young potentials, and teams.
