Organisational Coaching in practice. Two case studies. A talk with a CEO.
Establishes and Maintains agreements – Partners with all relevant parties, including the team leader, team members, stakeholders, and any co-coaches to collaboratively create clear agreements about the coaching relationship, processes, plans, development modalities, and goals;
Partners with the team leader to determine how ownership of the coaching process will be shared among the coach, leader, and team.
The session will be dedicated to deepen participants understanding of the organisational coaching to accelerate change.
I will share two client case studies where I have implemented an organisational coaching process that included two different approaches and tools, as an illustration.
The focus is to share specifics of the client work, results and impact. Participants will see how organisational coaching worked.
Client invited as a guest
The CEO of one of the clients will be present to share his experience of working together and provide his view of the process. Questions can be asked by audience.
