Purpose of the webinar:

Shedding light on team coaching and help professional coaches practice Team Coaching confidently and masterfully.

Objectives of the webinar: To support participant to deepen their knowledge of the ICF Team Coaching Competency.

Model and to how to skillfully apply them in different scenarios, contexts and approaches.

By the end of the seminar participants will gain new awareness of their personal approach to Team Coaching, will enhance their understanding of the ICF TC Competencies and how to better apply them when working with teams and will reflect on how to respond to different TC situations creatively and effectively (and such further expand their coaching practice working with teams)

Webinar will be co-created together with participants based on their objectives. Among possible specific topics :

• Packaging & Blueprint of a TC program
• Beginning of TC assignment
• The critical first session in TC
• Closing the TC assignment: Last session, Evaluation process, Follow up
• Reflections on the TC Competencies that brings the most challenge to them.
• Real life examples of each competency in team coaching situations.
• Sharing best practices and common mistakes
