Malcolm Fiellies

Malcolm is the Regional Development Manager within the EMEA focusing on Africa and Europe.

He is a PCC credentialed coach and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; a Certificate in Project Management and have a passion for promoting and developing professional coaching and positioning it as a professional service delivered by competent credentialled practitioners that positively impact individuals and the society at large.

He has worked in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, time share, Real estate property and financial services. His vast experience spans various functional areas such as production, accounting, human resource management, as well as change and project management.

He also served on the ICFSA Charter Chapter Board as an Executive Officer leading the Foundation Portfolio, where he focused on presenting professional coaching within the social impact industry.  In addition to his portfolio on the ICFSA Charter Chapter Board, he also served as secretary for the ICF Africa Forum Business Development Committee where they focused developing business development strategy frameworks for the ICF Chapters in Africa.
