Interactive workshop that will include some thoughts on contracting and psychological safety; participants will work in small groups and discussion on real challenges about this topic; workshop agenda will include time slot dedicated to questions.

Janet Wilson

Janet is a leadership coach, mentor and consultant, working as well in Organizational Development and Change Management areas. Having an extensive international experience including executive level leadership she is working as executive coach with C-suite executives, Boards and Senior leaders. Janet has developed particular interest and skills in supporting team development and has significant experience as a group coach and action learning set facilitator. She has a background in marketing and higher education and activates as coach and member of the ICF since 2003. She had a significant contribution in developing UK Chapter when served as ICF UK Chapter President (2016 and 2017). She continues to volunteer as a member of the ICF Ethics Advisory Team, a group that serves as an Ethics ally across the ICF system.

Magda Vrăjitoru is an experienced HR Senior Professional with over two decades of expertise in leading multinational companies across diverse industries, including banking, logistics, BPO, and pharma.

She is skilled in both local and international HR process implementation and project management. Magda is a dedicated advocate for European HR programs, specializing in talent management and organizational development. She holds a Business Coaching diploma, a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice, and a Diploma as a Global Career Development Facilitator from CCE Europe. Committed to diversity and inclusion initiatives, Magda is a champion in this field, while she also excels as a trainer, coach, and facilitator. Last but not least, Magda is an active member of ICF and EMCC.
