Team Coaching
During 90 min of practical session participants will have the chance to discuss and debate with mentor around the following aspects:
- How to demonstrate ethical practice when building together with the client organization a team coaching process for their teams, based on the distinctions ICF made around different types of team development modalities;
- How to remain objective on the team dynamics and serve the whole team agenda with balance and ethics;
- How to contract involving all relevant parties and set the pace and the needs of the team in the coaching process.
