Tri-Lens Coaching Supervision™
It is a time when community spirit and actions together can make a significant contribution to our balance and wellbeing. Therefore, we invite you to stay together, through professional coaching actions, supported within a project that comes both to sustain coaches and business leaders, specialists and medical staff.
The support initiative we invite you to join – “We care about You” – will take place under the umbrella and rules of International Coaching Week and will include individual coaching sessions, offered pro bono by members of the ICF Romania community, webinars, sessions supervision.
Accordingly, ICF Romania has chosen to extend this year the traditional International Coaching Week – the global celebration of our profession and the impact that coaching produces in society – to one month.
The campaign continues with a series of events facilitated by Ken Giglio: ”Tri-Lens Coaching Supervision Model”, on 19 May 2020, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, online via zoom. Save the date and join us!
ICF Romania is excited to announce we will be offering Coaching Supervision as part of our 2020 Community of Practice series. Ken Giglio, a certified coach supervisor will be leading supervision groups for external and internal coaches based on his Tri-Lens Coaching Supervision Model™.
The separate groups for internal and external coaches will be tailored toward the unique challenges that come with coaching situations for coaches working with leaders internally and those working with clients externally.
Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of the coaches, their clients, and their organizations (adapted ICF definition). Group supervision uniquely provides a space for collective reflection and learning. Coaches and leaders explore the depth and breadth of their coaching work through three lens—self as coach; relationship with the client; influence of the system/s in which the client works. The group experience is designed to build a coach’s or leader’s confidence, competence, connection, creativity, and compassion.
