The Creation and Evolution of Coaching at GlaxoSmithKline

It is a time when community spirit and actions together can make a significant contribution to our balance and wellbeing. Therefore, we invite you to stay together, through professional coaching actions, supported within a project that comes both to sustain coaches and business leaders, specialists and medical staff.

The support initiative we invite you to join – “We care about You” – will take place under the umbrella and rules of International Coaching Week and will include individual coaching sessions, offered pro bono by members of the ICF Romania community, webinars, sessions supervision.

Accordingly, ICF Romania has chosen to extend this year the traditional International Coaching Week – the global celebration of our profession and the impact that coaching produces in society – to one month.

This time, the campaign hosts two internal coaches from GlaxoSmithKline: Harriet Nelson, PCC and Eva Kovacs, PCC, who will facilitate the webinar on May 20, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, online via zoom. Save the date and join us!

This webinar is an opportunity to hear about how a coaching culture was established and is evolving in GlaxoSmithKline. It will include but not be limited to how:

  • A coaching culture was created
  • Coaching processes are tailored internally
  • Coaching has changed inside the organization in response to the pandemic
  • Q&A
