Petra is founder of Solution Surfers Romania, an international accredited coaching school based in Switzerland. Originally from Germany (Köln) she has been living in Romania since 1995 and has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Human Recourses and Management Development.

Today she works as an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Business Consultant in various European countries.
