LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is designed around a number of powerful core concepts. At its core, it is about solving complex issues by building models using LEGO bricks. The metaphors in the models serve as the basis for discussion, knowledge sharing and problem solving and help foster creative thinking and finding unique solutions.

By the end of this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Use the methodology to unlock the full potential of people and groups
• Develop a participative environment where contribution and commitment to actions
• Challenge your client’s thinking to evoke awareness and insight and take them beyond their current thinking
• Invite the client to generate new ideas about how they can move forward
• Support the client in identifying possible results or learning from those action steps

Daniela Mihaleva has 20 years senior leadership experience in the field of IT and telco industries, with proven track record in building and transforming large scale organizations in EMEA and as well globally, in developing and retaining leaders and talents.

Today Daniela is combining her core business role in multinational environment with her passion to support business leaders, teams and organizations in reaching their next level of success, satisfaction and balance.

Daniela had graduated the Art and Science of Coaching ACSTP from Erickson Coaching International in 2015 and she is Erickson Certified Professional Coach.

Daniela is certified and accredited with the International Coaching Federation PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with 700 + hours of practice with business leaders, teams and groups. She is a member of ICF Global and ICF Bulgaria chapter.

In addition, Daniela is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator.
