Building Professional Trust in Lockdown, Despite Social Isolation
It is a time when community spirit and actions together can make a significant contribution to our balance and wellbeing. Therefore, we invite you to stay together, through professional coaching actions, supported within a project that comes both to sustain coaches and business leaders, specialists and medical staff.
The support initiative we invite you to join – “We care about You” – will take place under the umbrella and rules of International Coaching Week and will include individual coaching sessions, offered pro bono by members of the ICF Romania community, webinars, sessions supervision.
Accordingly, ICF Romania has chosen to extend this year the traditional International Coaching Week – the global celebration of our profession and the impact that coaching produces in society – to one month.
The campaign continues with an event facilitated by Cora Lynn Heimer Rathbone, CCP: “Building Professional Confidence in Lockdown, Despite Social Isolation”, on May 13, 2020, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, online via zoom. Save the date and join us!
In times of crisis, quarantine and isolation, both personal and professional trust is challenged and sometimes even shaken. Uncertainty, negative emotions, stressful professional interactions, professional pressure make us more vulnerable, insecure and with low trust in ourselves and others, low confidence in the company we are working for or in the business environment in which we operate.
The most important learning objective of the webinar is to equip and give participants greater confidence to build strong and sustainable professional trust.
