Who are we?
My Coaching Toolkit is affiliated to the international parent company „Outils du Coach”, founded in 2014. We, Willem Royaards* and Marie de Beaufort* (both ICF coaches) are the owners of this company. We are today expanding the content and coverage of our webshop worldwide.
Our aim
The mission of “My coaching toolkit” is to provide you coaches, trainers, consultants and HR professionals with high-quality and practical tools. This resources centre supports you in carrying out your work effectively, always keeping in mind to better serve your clients.
Our web shop offers a wide range of products, such as E-books, kits & templates, card games, business tools and training courses, to help professionals prepare and deliver professional training and coaching sessions.

Willem has been an Executive and Team coach for more than 20 years and an international leadership, management, organisational and team development consultant for companies in Europe. He has worked as HR Director, CEO. He supports companies to create value through human capital development. His personal philosophy „A single leaf working alone, provides no shade.”
Marie is an Executive and Team coach. For 16 years, she has held senior management positions in international marketing at leading IT companies.
