Participants will explore the difference between mission and vision statements, examine best-in-class examples, and engage in hands-on exercises to define what inclusion means for their organization.\nThe session covers:\n\nWhy a strong DEIB mission and vision are essential to organizational health\nKey components that make these statements impactful and inspiring\nA step-by-step framework for co-creating them with stakeholders\nCommon pitfalls to avoid and strategies for measuring success\n\nBy the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to draft their organization’s DEIB mission and vision, plus a practical roadmap for implementation and accountability.\nAdvancing Gender Equality through Gender Sensitivity\nThis presentation will propose practical examples of how to support and promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging by applying gender sensitive approaches in communicaton.  \nAbout the speakers:\nDr. Aikyna Finch, PCC is a passionate DEIB leader, educator, and strategist committed to creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. As the Vice President of DEIB for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she leads global initiatives that champion equity and belonging. With a Doctorate of Management and advanced degrees in technology and marketing, Dr. Finch merges data-driven strategy with human-centered leadership. She is also a TEDx speaker, author,  and certified coach. Through her voice, vision, and advocacy, Dr. Finch empowers individuals and organizations to transform DEIB from intention into impactful, lasting action.\nSvetlana Andries is the Deputy Country Representative of UN Women in Moldova, the entity of the United Nations that works globally to advance women’s rights, gender equality, and the empowerment of all women and girls.
