DESCRIPTION:\nCoaching is a conversation between 2 people and we mainly focus on the spoken word. We ask questions, listen carefully to the client’s story and of course we also give attention to the body lanuguage and voice.  In this workshop you will  experience how the ‚language of space‘  can bring a new dimension to coaching. When we literally take a different perspective in the room and look from different positions to our topic, it gives us the possibility to explore more options and let solutions emerge.\nIn this workshop we will experience and learn:\n\nHow we can look at challenges from different perspectives\nConnect with our inner source of wisdom to deal with uncertainty\nUse space as a 3rd dimension in coaching\n\nICF Competencies:\nCultivates trust and safety\nMaintains presence\nListens Actively\nEvokes Awareness\nFacilitates Clients Growth\nDr. Petra Demary – I am a magician! And so are you! Together we can change the world. Of course, I know that I cannot change the entire world, but we can influence how we perceive the world within and around us. It depends very much on ourselves, on our focus on attention. How we give meaning to what we experience. I am fascinated how we construct reality and how this influences how we act and interact with others. It is an ongoing field of my personal learning. When I came across coaching and the solution focused approach 25 years ago, it changed my world. Since them I am working as executive coach and consultant, supporting my clients to achieve their desired future with more lightness and joy. 10 years ago, I founded, an international recognized coaching school. I am working with clients all over Europe and with different industries.\nAnca Starcescu – Psychologist by training, a former human resources manager with over 20 years of experience in multinational companies, I discovered coaching 5 years ago, with the desire and continuous search to help others. However, I came to the conclusion that the only way to truly help others is to first help yourself. By overcoming your own limits and through exploration, you truly experience the state of presence, authentic curiosity, observation, and reflection, uncontaminated by your own ego, which ultimately makes every coach a better person. For me, coaching means being a better person every day, helping others become better people in turn, thus fulfilling my mission as a Human.
